The dormitory has 24-hour access control. Resident students need to swipe their card to enter and exit the dormitory. Each resident must swipe their own card; one person is not allowed to swipe for another.

To respect the sleeping rights of other students, the quiet hours are as follows:

• Nanzih, Cijin Campus: PM11:30-AM6:30
• Jiangong, First Campus: PM12:00-AM6:00
• Yanchao Campus: PM12:00-AM5:00

Resident students shall not have the following behaviors within the dormitory area:

1. To avoid power interruptions or fire accidents caused by careless use, resident students shall not use high-power electric appliances in their rooms., This includes items such as induction cookers, pressure cookers, coffee makers, electric irons, gas stoves, electric skillets, or toasters and so on. (If a fire accident occurs due to the use of these appliances, student's parents will be responsible for compensation, and the student will assume criminal responsibility.)

2. To move in, out, sell, or exchange the bed space without authorization.

3. To allow non-resident students, friends, or others to stay overnight in the bedroom without permission.

4. To move the public facilities or occupy them as one's own without approval.

5. To raise pets in the dormitory.

6. To enter the chamber of the opposite sex without applying, or allow the opposite sex to enter the chamber.

7. To smoke(including e-cigarette), gamble, indulge in alcoholic drinking, deposit dangerous materials, or bring contraband.

8. Resident students shall not maliciously destroy the dormitory public property, furniture, and chamber facilities.

9. Behavior of violates public health, residential tranquility, public safety, or other regulations stipulated by the Resident Student Life Government.

10. To ensure the legitimate use of the bed spaces, the Student Dormitory Counseling Office may change residents' s rooms and bed spaces, and they can't refuse.

11. Those who violate the above-mentioned convention will, have their parents and homeroom teacher notified and will be handled according to the Student Award and Penalty Regulations.
