Service Items two

Emergency treatment and ambulance In the event of accidental injury, the professional nursing staff of the health team will provide rapid emergency treatment and first aid.
Loan of health care items If you need to borrow a wheelchair, cane, first aid kit, Anne, etc., please bring your ID to the health team of each campus to borrow one.
New Student Health Checkup The on-campus health screening for new students is held every academic year. Please refer to the announcement of the new student health screening.
Student Group Insurance Hospitalization for illness, outpatient, or hospitalization for accidental injuries can be claimed within two years from the date of the accident.
Health Consultation Inquiries about illness, health, health care, and other related issues are available.
First aid training Regularly hold training activities such as “CPR+AED” and “First Responder.”
Health promotion activities Regularly hold various types of health promotion activities, welcome to track the high-tech health promotion fan group.
Health Services Provide height and weight, body fat, blood pressure, vision measurement, and other instruments.
Food and beverage hygiene management Check the hygiene of the canteen and the welfare club from time to time every week to ensure the food safety of all teachers and students.
Nursing room service Nursing rooms are available on all campuses during working hours

Student Group Insurance

Did you know that when you pay the registration fee every semester, you also pay the student group safety insurance fee? If you are hospitalized due to illness, have an accident in the outpatient clinic, or have an accidental injury, please cooperate with your doctor to recuperate, but don't forget to return to school when you recover. Go to the health care team to handle all the claims of the student group's safety insurance, and don't let your power fall asleep.

    ☆ Coverage period for each semester:

    • First Semester (August 1 - January 31)
    • Second Semester (February 1 - July 31)

    ☆ Benefit Type

    • Sickness Hospitalization
    • Accidental Outpatient or Hospitalization

    ☆ The deadline for filing a request is two years from the accident date.

    ☆ Claim preparation documents are as follows:

    1. Student group insurance application: You can fill in the application form at the health insurance team or download, print, and write the attached application form first.

    2. Original Certificate of Diagnosis: At least one copy must be attached to all medical institutions.

    3. Original or copy of medical receipt: Photocopies are not accepted and must be stamped with the seal of the medical institution.

    4. Tuition and Miscellaneous Fee Payment Receipt: The school affairs system prints the payment receipt for the semester on the accident date.

    5. Copy of the passbook cover: the student (with account information, bank, or post office is acceptable).

    6. If there is a "fracture and no hospitalization," an X-ray is required.

    7. "Foreign students" apply for claims: Passport or residence permit must be attached with a copy of the front and back.

New Student Health Checkup

☆ All new students (including early admission), transfer students (off-campus), repeat students, and overseas students with formal degrees (overseas Chinese students, Hong Kong, Macao, and mainland). Both students and international students must complete the health examination or submit an off-campus health examination report valid within three months upon admission.

☆ Health examination fee: NT$550 at your own expense (to be paid to the host hospital on-site during the health check-up).

☆ E-DA Hospital Health Screening Hours:

  • Monday to Friday (08:00-11:30 a.m. and 1:00-4:30 p.m.).
  • Saturday 08:00-11:30 a.m.
