Those who complete the course hours and submit the service experience report according to the regulations will be evaluated as "Passed", and those who fail to achieve the results will be evaluated as "Failed."
依規定完成課程時數及繳交服務心得報告者,成績評定為「通過」,未達成者,則評定為「不通過」。

(一) The service hours shall be settled in the semester and shall not be accumulated to the next semester.
服務時數當學期結算,不得累計至次學期。

(二)Students taking service education courses who are unable to attend for some reason must ask for leave according to the regulations. If the number of absenteeism hours exceeds one-ninth of the total number of class hours in the whole semester, the grade of the semester will not pass the evaluation.
修習服務教育課程之學生因故不能出席者,須依規定請假,未經請假或請假未准而缺席者,以曠課論,曠課時數逾全學期上課時數九分之一,該學期成績以不通過評定之。

Our students are in high school, college, and graduate school. Students are in their adolescence and are at a critical time in their academic, dating, and career planning and development. The mentorship system is an essential part of students' education during this period of study. The mentorship system is an essential part of students' study because the mentors can get to know the students and understand their needs through teaching, coursework, and life, and then provide timely assistance or referrals through their past experience, or combine internal and external resources to provide students with counseling, career development, professional learning, service learning, and life education.

本校學生年齡涵括高中、大學及研究所,此時期就讀的學生正值青春期,又適逢學業、交友、職涯規劃與發展的關鍵時期。此一學習階段,導師制度為學生於求學中不可或缺的一環。因為導師能藉由教學、課業、生活等方面認識學生、了解學生需求,進而藉由老師過往經驗提供學生適時協助或轉介,或是結合校內外資源,提供學生輔導、生涯發展、專業學習、服務學習與生活教育等協助,成為學生求學時期重要的貴人。

 

  • Instructor System 導師制度

    • The Department Chair主任導師

      The Department Chair will lead the Department Chair to promote school affairs and assist the Chair in dealing with student issues, and will convene and chair the Department Chair's meeting at least once per semester.

      由系(所)主任擔任,領導系所導師推動校務工作並協助導師處理學生問題,每學期召集並主持系所導師會議至少一次。

    • Class instructors班級導師

      Each department will set up class instructors in classes or in appropriate groups. Each class will have at least one class instructor, and two instructors may be assigned to work together in the specialties (freshman to junior). They will provide assistance with academic counseling, problem solving, and life care.

      各系以班或適宜編組為單位設置班級導師。每班設置班導師至少一人,專科部(專一到專三)得設二人導師共同擔任。提供課業輔導、解惑、生活關懷等協助。

    • Outstanding Tutor Selection優良導師評選

      In order to reward tutors who are dedicated and have excellent counseling performance, the Office of the Dean of Students regularly announces the selection method every year. The Life Counseling and Education Center of the Office of the Dean of Students will compile the recommendations and select three winners for the academic year and award them with medals and prizes. For the list of previous winners, please refer to the website of the Student Counseling and Education Center of the Office of Student Affairs.

      為獎勵獎勵熱心奉獻、輔導績優之優良導師,學務處每年定期公告評選方式,由系所推薦、每學院至多推薦三名。學務處生活輔導與教育中心彙整推薦案後選出當學年度特優導師得獎者三名並頒發獎牌和獎金,校級及院級優良導師得獎者頒發獎牌。歷屆得獎名單請參見學務處生輔教育中心組網頁。

    • Life coach/learning planner (care) teacher生活導師/學習規劃(關懷)師

      The Student Counseling and Education Center of the Office of Student Affairs assigns professional student counseling staff (Student Counseling Innovation Workforce) to provide assistance in student life counseling, handling and contacting students in case of injury or illness, and assisting class instructors in promoting various academic counseling tasks.

      由學生事務處生活輔導與教育中心遴派專業學輔人員(學輔創新人力)擔任,提供學生生活輔導協助、傷病事件之處理及聯繫外,並協助班級導師推動各項學務輔導工作。

  • Instructor Responsibilities導師職責

    • Participate in administrative affairs of tutors參與導師行政事務

      participate in school-wide tutor meetings or tutoring-related meetings, supervise class cadres, conduct class meetings, visit activities outside of school, assist tutors in taking leave, applying for various scholarships and emergency relief funds.

      參與全校性導師會議或輔導相關會議、督導班級幹部、辦理班會、校外參訪活動,協助導生請假、申請各種獎助學金、急難救助金事宜。

    • Classroom counseling辦理班級輔導事務

      To understand the reasons for absenteeism, academic learning situation of the tutors, early warning of grades and intervention of remedial measures, career planning and counseling matters, concern for the life and safety of the tutors, and the leasing situation, and to be given priority as a classroom service learning course instructor.

      瞭解導生缺曠原因、導生學業學習情形、成績預警與補救措施介入、職涯規劃與輔導事宜、關心導生生活安全、賃居情形,得優先擔任班級服務學習課程老師。

    • Assist in counseling work both inside and outside of school協助校內外輔導工作

      handle and contact tutors in case of emergencies, notify parents or refer to relevant units on campus for assistance if tutors find maladjustment, deviant behavior or other special events.

      導生緊急事件之處理及聯繫、導生如有發現適應欠佳、偏差行為或其他特殊事件,瞭解後通知家長或轉介校內相關單位提供協助。

  • Tutor Study導師研習

    The Office of Academic Affairs regularly organizes meetings, workshops, and seminarsfor all instructors, including case studies on student counseling and experience sharingin handling incidents, to enhance their counseling-related knowledge.

    學務處定期舉辦全校導師會議、研習及座談會等活動,內容包括學生輔導案例及事件處理經驗分享等,以增進導師輔導相關知能。

  • Counseling Resources輔導資源

    • Tutor-Student Interactive Platform System導師導生互動平台系統

      Tutors can log in with their school account and password to view the basic personal information of tutors, and provide functions such as counseling and activity records, midterm warning counseling, and off-campus residential visits to help tutors understand the relevant background of students, and also use the system functions to record the relevant history of counseling students.

      導師以本校校務帳號密碼登入,即可閱覽導生個人基本資料、並提供輔導及活動記錄、期中預警輔導及校外賃居訪視等功能,讓協助導師了解學生相關背景,亦可利用系統功能紀錄輔導學生的相關歷程。

    • Other administrative assistance其他行政幫手

      the Residential Services Section of the Office of the Dean of Students provides living counseling for residential students; the Counseling Section provides psychological counseling; the Student Services Section provides information on applying for scholarships and grants (including scholarships, emergency relief grants, work-study grants, etc.); and the Health Care Section provides information on medical care and student group insurance.

      包括學務處住宿服務組提供住宿生生活輔導、諮商輔導組提供心理諮商輔導、就學服務組提供申請如就學獎補助、校內外獎助學金(包括獎助學金、急難救助金、工讀助學金等)資訊、衛保組提供就醫資訊、學生團體保險等服務。
